Q: What types of canopies does Deltacanopy manufacture?

At Deltacanopy, it is our goal to deliver high-quality pop up tents, carports, party tents and canopies at an affordable price. We intend to preserve the same quality as the other brands  and offer the lowest price on the market.

Q: Deltacanopy guarantee its products?

A: Our guarantee is as firm as our commitment to produce high quality products. All Deltacanopy products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you may return it with in 14 days for a full refund (S&H not included). However, our guarantee is not for the life of the product. As with most products,
our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from misuse or abuse of the product. Deltacanopy reserves the right to deny the return or refund of any product by any customer for any reason.

Q:How many people are required to setup up a pop up tent?

Two people are required to set up a pop up tent. The 10'x10', 10'x15' and 10'x20' pop-up tents can be set up in a few minutes without any tools.

Q:How can I make a pop up tent stable in the wind?

You should remove all sidewalls once wind is blowing. Normally, our pop up tents are strong enough to stand steadily  against winds. However, if winds are severe, you should take the tent down. If necessary, there are three holes in the foot pad. Those holes allow stakes to drive through the foot pad to ground.

 Q: What is our return policy?

We accept defective item return within 14 days from receipt of your item. After this 14-days window, we will provide parts, replacement or repair service. Postage and handling fee is not refundable for non faulty item. If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from total refund amount. Buyer will pay the return postage for non-faulty item. Return must be received in new condition with original packaging.
