 We offer our customers FREE SHIPPING within the continental U.S.A. All our tents, carports, canopies,party tents and green houses in our store will be shipped either ground FedEx or UPS. FREE SHIPPING is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Customers with addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or APO/FPO will be contacted by email and/or telephone and informed of the shipping and handling charges. Canada and APO/FPO orders are also responsible for any custom and duties tax.

Full Refund

 If the items you received are damaged, please make the damage claim to the FedEx/UPS immediately, we will make full refund (including the cost of shipping the returned merchandise!). Note that the cost to ship the tent, canopy, party tent, wedding tent, greenhouse and carport can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the estimated processing and shipping timeframes meet your needs.

Free Shipping and Free Replacements or Parts

 If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide you with a replacement of comparable value. Of course, the shipping for the replacements is free.
